Since 1983 our family group has been purchasing and developing in the Midtown and Northeast areas of Kansas City. We are dedicated to the concept that everyone should have a safe secure home with amenities. We own and manage all of the properties.

We have trained maintenance persons and specialty contractors to assist us. Our company is proud of the many long term residents that have made a decision to make our properties their home. Our Historic properties were built between the years of 1900 and 1925. There was a large population surge at that time and Kansas City was on the move.

During the last thirty years, all of our properties have been updated with new heating and air-conditioning systems and have had kitchen and baths updated. Some of properties have been reconfigured to make the spaces more efficient and user friendly. Many have refinished hardwood floors. Many of our properties have balconies and porches.
